About Us
Uplift 100 Adult Day Care is ideal for families and caregivers needing to get back to work or take some time for self care.
We provide a professional care setting where older adults, those with memory impairment, Alzheimer's or other dementia, and adults with physical disabilities can find a sense of community and belonging.
Our center is designed to provide a social environment while including moderate healthcare support to adults who need a safe, supervised care outside of the home during the day.
