12 years ago, my wife and I started The Life Coach School to train and certify life coaches. 
Long term, we wanted to eventually step out of the business, but didn’t have a vision, any structure, or documented processes.  So at that time, we were running a multi-million dollar business by trial and error.  We were working day and night to keep up and fighting the fires that we were causing.
5 yrs ago we found EOS and realized in order to grow the right way, we needed this operating system now.

Since implementing EOS, revenue went from 5M to 17M to 26M, all with less than 10 employees!.
We hired the right people to take over for me, elevating them to manage the business, and then I made a successful exit within 3 months thanks to EOS.
