About Us

nonPareil is a post-secondary instructional program helping adults with autism progress toward their potential by integrating work readiness training with hands on technical instruction and social engagement opportunities.

nonPareil is a not-for-profit learning environment focused on building better futures for adults with autism. The nonPareil experience combines technical and work-readiness skills to help prepare students to work on teams, gain valuable leadership experience, and thrive in a professional environment. It also provides a safe space in which crew can develop positive social connections, practice new skills, and feel free to be themselves. The unique nonPareil community provides time and space for students to find their passion, grow their potential, and discover their purpose.

Students typically enter the program in hopes of obtaining work-readiness skills, gaining the ability and confidence to pursue a college degree, or to explore a career utilizing the skills learned at nonPareil. Our program provides a balance of structured training and individual flexibility geared to support each student’s progress toward reaching their goals.

The meaning of the word nonPareil, No Equal, represents how we view each person who attends nonPareil. Individual differences and strengths are celebrated and built upon. We strive to ensure all crew at nonPareil gain opportunities through skill development within a warm and supportive environment.
