FREE IT Java Training for Veterans and people with Disabilities
Candidates must meet the following pre-requisites in order to be considered for the IT Development Pathway to Employment opportunity:
Applicants must have legal right to work in United States and be a Veteran with honorable discharged or active service member or person with Disability
Must possess at least one of the following:
Two (2) years of college in a Computer Science (CS) or Management Information Systems (MIS) program and passing grades in at least two programming courses
Technical degree in a programming-related program
One year of experience in programming in a business or military environment
Programming-related courses or work history that utilized client/server and/or object-oriented languages
Candidates must have good verbal and written communications skills. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
