DESCRIPTION:Do you know a veteran or an individual living with a disability looking for employment? Or perhaps you are an employer looking to add team member to your IT department? If so\, NextCareer is here to help! We specialize in providing specialized training through our own IT training programs for growing professionals to acquire the necessary skills and competencies to work in high demand IT positions. We develop IT Training programs that are aligned with growing careers in today's job market.  At NextCareer\, we establish supportive employee partnerships that deliver potential employment upon successful completion of training. NextCareer will be offering a first time free pilot class for 10 individuals at UTD beginning Oct 5\, 2015 from 7pm to 9pm. Please join us in helping deliver this information to those who could benefit from these services. \n\n \nCandidates must meet the following pre-requisites in order to be considered for the IT Development Pathway to Employment opportunity:\n\nApplicants must have legal right to work in United States and be a Veteran with honorable discharged or active service member or person with Disability\n\nMust possess at least one of the following:\n\n  Two (2) years of college in a Computer Science (CS) or Management Information Systems (MIS) program and passing grades in at least two programming courses \n\n   Technical degree in a programming-related program \n\n   One year of experience in programming in a business or military environment \n\n  Programming-related courses or work history that utilized client/server and/or object-oriented languages\n\n\n\n \n\nCandidates must have good verbal and written communications skills. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
