We are a made from scratch kitchen, pulling our mozzarella cheese, rolling our pizza dough and making our sauce fresh daily. At the heart of our neighborhood pizzeria, is “II Cuore” our wood burning oven that cooks pizza to perfection in 90 seconds at over 800 degrees. It’s all about balance, simplicity, and fresh high quality ingredients.
