About Us

Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe is your neighborhood spot at Parkwood & 121 for
toasted sandwiches, hand-tossed salads, gourmet pizza, soups and fresh-baked
cookies — made in house from clean, simple ingredients, with vegetarian and
gluten-friendly options on every menu. We're open 10 AM to 10 PM, seven days
a week, for dine-in, pickup and delivery.

We're locally owned and operated by Integrity Franchise Group LLC, and we
opened in December 2025. In our first year we've become the go-to lunch for
offices, job sites, schools and hospital teams across Plano and Frisco.

CATERING & TEAM ORDERING
Catering is what we do best. Box lunches, sandwich and wrap platters, salad
and cookie trays — delivered on time, labeled and ready to serve. We also
build a free custom ordering page for your team: one link your people can
order from on their own, whether everyone pays individually or you cover one

IN THE COMMUNITY
We partner with local schools through our Reading Is a Big Dill literacy
program, support teacher and staff appreciation events, and feed teams at
nearby hospitals, stations and offices. If your organization is planning
