We are seeking a motivated and experienced Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. While prior leasing experience is a plus, we are happy to train the right individual on our systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to potential residents
• Assist with the leasing process, from initial inquiry to move-in
• Maintain knowledge of property features, pricing, and availability
• Conduct property tours and follow up with prospects
• Handle lease agreements and related paperwork
