    About KAS Cleaning Service

We are a family-owned residential and commercial cleaning company serving Plano and the surrounding Collin County area. We have built a strong reputation, developed lasting customer relationships, and reached a point where customer demand is greater than our current staffing capacity.

We are looking for an experienced Field Operations Manager who knows how to recruit, train, develop, and retain dependable cleaning teams.

This is a newly defined leadership position. You will not be inheriting someone else’s system—you will help build the operational structure that KAS Cleaning Service will use as we continue growing.

    What You Will Own

    Staffing and recruitment
Manage the hiring process from beginning to end, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and preparing new cleaning technicians for fieldwork. Building and maintaining a reliable team will be one of your most important responsibilities.

    Training and development
Create and manage a structured training program that develops new hires into confident, dependable cleaning technicians. You will also train and develop Team Leaders who can reinforce company procedures and standards in the field.

    Quality control
Develop and manage a consistent inspection process to ensure every property meets KAS Cleaning Service standards. When quality issues occur, you will identify the cause, coach the team, and follow through until the issue is resolved.

    Crew performance and retention
Support, coach, and develop employees while creating a positive and accountable work environment. Retaining dependable employees is one of our highest priorities.

    Daily field operations
Visit teams and customer properties regularly to inspect work, provide coaching, monitor safety, and make sure company procedures are followed.

    Operational improvement
Identify weaknesses in our field operations and implement practical systems that improve staffing, productivity, quality, communication, and employee retention.

    Compensation

  • Base salary of $40,000–$56,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Quarterly performance bonuses with an additional annual earning potential of approximately $3,000–$5,000, based on established performance goals
  • Company vehicle for work-related travel
  • Company phone
  • Paid time off
  • Performance goals may include successful hiring, employee retention, training completion, quality-control results, customer satisfaction, and team growth.

    Why This Position Exists

Company ownership has been directly managing many daily field operations. We have strong customer demand, an established reputation, and opportunities to grow—but we need an experienced leader dedicated to managing and developing our field teams.

This person will take ownership of field operations so company ownership can focus on the overall growth and direction of the business.

If you have ever joined a growing service company and thought, “I can create the systems and develop the people needed to take this company to the next level,” this may be the opportunity for you.

    Who We Are Looking For

  • Previous field-operations leadership experience in residential cleaning, commercial janitorial services, or another home-service business
  • Experience recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retaining field employees
  • Experience training cleaning technicians and developing Team Leaders
  • Understanding of why employees leave during their first 90 days and how to improve retention
  • Experience creating or managing a detailed quality-inspection process
  • Willingness to spend time in the field inspecting, coaching, and training employees
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership style focused on developing and supporting employees while maintaining accountability
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred because many of our cleaning technicians are Spanish-speaking
  • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
  • This is a field leadership position, not a cleaning technician position. You will not be assigned as a regular member of a cleaning crew. Your responsibility is to build, train, support, and manage successful teams.

    What Working Here Is Like

KAS Cleaning Service is a growing family-owned business where you will have direct access to ownership and meaningful authority to improve operations.

You will receive clearly defined responsibilities and decision-making authority. We want someone who can recognize operational problems, recommend practical solutions, and take ownership of implementing them.

    How to Apply

Please email your résumé to Kalveth26@gmail.com.

In your email, tell us about one staffing, training, quality, or operational problem you solved at a previous company and how you measured the results.

Qualified applicants will be contacted with a few brief follow-up questions before an interview is scheduled.

KAS Cleaning Service, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
