The glass ceiling has been broken, but women must now find their way through a labyrinth to get to the executive suite.

Kym Sosolik was recently recognized as 1 of 25 Women to Watch by The Dallas Business Journal in July 2010 - and for good reason!

She is the Director of Leadership and Organizational Development with Cox, Executive Education at Southern Methodist University, where she has developed contemporary, customer-focused programs focused on leadership, human capital, and organizational development.

Kym also created the SMU Cox Executive Education Leadership Series – providing tools needed at critical junctures for rising leaders to have an immediate and lasting impact on their companies and careers.

She has worked closely with companies like Anadarko Petroleum, Spectra Energy, Baylor Health Care System and Sabre Inc. to design custom leadership development programs, behavioral based competency models and more.

She has been recognized by Chief Learning Officer Magazine for Excellence in Academic Partnership.
