Currently based in the Dallas area, Jennifer Pepper fostered a love of music early. Her father was a noted rockabilly musician, her mother a classically-trained pianist, and her brothers sang in multi-part harmony; it wasn’t long before Jennifer joined in. She learned to play piano, acoustic guitar, ukulele, and saxophone, while cultivating a warm and expressive singing voice.
Prior to arriving in Dallas, Jenn played (and replayed) many concert and club venues in the Chicago area as a solo performer, as well as with bands such as Face N Time, Jennerator, Allison Wonderband, and Bad Girlfriend. She has cultivated a strong fan base, who return to hear her reinvention of new and classic pop, independent rock, country, and standard songs for acoustic guitar and ukulele. As a solo artist, she performs bravely and devoutly, taking chances, and inspiring her audiences to feel the beauty of music made without trickery or gadgets.
