Womens and girls 13 an over Self defense class hosted by Tracy Dickey 5th degree black belt in Isshinryu karate at 1506 Capital Ave suite 200 Plano 75074. The cost is a donation to Emptyhandopenheart.org of your choice. Please Rsvp to 214-681-2610 by sept 28. Wear comfortable clothes any level of fitness welcome.
