Membership Meeting of the Plano Chamber of Commerce

 Now is the time to come learn more about the great things your Chamber is doing to help your business be more successful.
 
The Board of Directors of the Plano Chamber of Commerce have called an official meeting of the membership for the purpose of:
· presenting proposed amendments to the Articles of Incorporation (now referred to as the Certificate of Formation) for approval by the membership;
· presenting an update on the current strategic initiatives approved by the Board of Directors;
· And providing a “State of the Chamber” update by Tammy McSwain, Chairman of the Board, and Jamee Jolly, President & CEO, regarding operational matters of the Chamber.

Voting by the membership on the Certificate of Formation amendments must be
completed by the primary contact listed in the Chamber database for the membership. Primary contact must be present to vote at meeting. Only one vote per membership account.
