Lindsay Hightower Unplugged at Taverna Rossa

Local Lindsay Hightower has a five piece Texi-Cali band with heavy influences of Soul, Rock, and peppered with a little country. Based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Dark, sultry, and campy in nature, her musical muses are many and include Amy Winehouse, Sheryl Crow, and Duffy. Hightower's recently released debut album is entitled Echo Spring. This lyrics-driven debut is directly inspired by Olivia Laing's book, "Trip to Echo Spring" and explores the commonalities between the word weavers Hemingway, Tennessee Williams and F. Scott Fitzgerald.
