As Leadership Plano embarks on its 30th year of educating, developing, and empowering current and future leaders, the impact this great program has made on our community is clear:

- 13 have served as Plano ISD School Board Trustees
- 16 have served as Junior League Presidents
- 7 have served as Collin College Administrators
- 3 have served as Collin County Judges
- 2 have served as Chamber of Commerce Presidents
- 8 have been selected as Plano Citizen of the Year
- Hundreds have served on local city and county commissions and boards
