Plano CrossFit Alpha 1 Athlete is hosting a fitness competition for the local gyms in the DFW area. If you would like to attend a fun and exciting spectator friendly event at no cost, then come watch CrossFitters from all over the area compete in 3 competitive workouts to see who the top male and female athletes are in DFW.
