DOXA Talent is hosting "AI in Action", a private one-day workshop designed exclusively for CEOs and senior business leaders in North Dallas on July 20th. The workshop is designed for leaders who want to move beyond AI experimentation and begin applying AI to real workflows, decisions, and operational challenges inside their companies.
"Most companies are experimenting with AI, but very few are seeing measurable business impact yet,” said Ivette Garcia, Managing Partner of DOXA Talent. “We believe that is usually a leadership issue, not a tool issue. I wanted to bring this workshop to North Dallas as an investment in the local business community.”
"AI in Action" is invitation-only, free to attend, and capped at 50 companies. The format is part executive briefing and part hands-on working session. Attendees are encouraged to bring a real business challenge and, ideally, one senior business leader from their team. By the end of the session, participants will have a practical plan for applying AI to a specific workflow or business issue – providing a blueprint for how to generate ROI from their AI investments.
The workshop will be led by David Nilssen, CEO of DOXA Talent, a former Global Board Member for the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, and Dave Hajdu, the CEO of the AI Officer Institute. Hajdu is a technology and business leader who began his career nearly 25 years ago at Microsoft and later founded a venture-backed company that was acquired by WebMD. Nilssen and Hajdu also co-created the Leadership in the AI Era program alongside Georgetown Professor of Management Dr. Brooks Holtom.
Unlike many AI events, "AI in Action" is not a keynote, product demo, or vendor pitch. The session focuses on leadership, data, workflows, human-in-the-loop AI, and practical implementation. The goal is to help CEOs and senior leaders separate real operational value from the noise surrounding artificial intelligence.
Attendance is limited and reviewed before confirmation.
