Community Event: AI on Your Terms an AI Learning Lab for Professionals, Mature Adults, anyone who wants to learn AI

You don't need to be techie to be in this room. You just need to be in the room.

If you're feeling productivity fatigue?
If you're feeling AI fatigue?
If you're feeling change fatigue?
You are not the only one.

83% of women feel fear about AI, not excitement.

You are not behind. Even the people who look like AI experts are expressing similar sentiment.

AI learns exponentially.

We learn sequentially, one step at a time. We are human. We are not machines. In this room, we are not trying to become like AI. We will use our intelligence to lead AI and shift from AI impacted to AI empowered.

This is a come-as-you-are AI Leadership Lab.

Why a leadership lab? Because your human intelligence is already a set of leadership skills. You just need to learn how to apply them in this AI era.

Session One: Get to Know AI, On Your Terms, and How to Apply it What Matters to You.

• What people mean when they say "large language model" (like ChatGPT and Claude), and how it applies to you.

• What an AI agent is. Why would you want one? Do you have to build one? How does it apply to you?

• How AI connects to your social media, and how to tailor that connection to you

Session Two: Connect AI, On Your Terms
Come back and connect everything, your way.

What we'll be using
ChatGPT • Claude • Muse • Instagram • Facebook • TikTok

This is where we transform the digital wellness of 1 million women through AI Fluency.
