Misty Hoyt- Photography by Misty- Small Business Person of the Year 2021 

Misty's passion for people has culminated into not only smiling at complete strangers if it's apparent they might just need a flicker of light, helping those who she knows can never return the favor, but also building on a business on that sincere appreciation for human life. Mondays are Misty favorite day of the week. Misty has been dating her husband Michael for 35 years and they have two adulting children Rhylie and John Michael.

Doug Trumbull- Magnum Flooring & Doug's Mighty Clean- Small Business Person of the Year 2016

Doug has been a member of the Plano Chamber for over 30 years, first with Doug’s Mighty Clean and later with Magnum Flooring. Doug was honored in 2016 to be named the “Small Business Person of the Year." He is the who coined the phrase “the chamber works." Doug is happily married to his wife, Barbara and has 4 grandchildren. Doug is originally from California, but a naturalized Texan.

Steve McSwain- ARTA Travel- Small Business Person of the Year 2010

Steve moved to Dallas in 1976 and joined ARTA Travel in 1991. Steve and Tammy (Steve's wife and high school sweetheart) purchased complete ownership of ARTA Travel on November 2, 2002. ARTA Travel has been on an aggressive growth pattern since and has tripled in size since the ownership change. Steve serves as Chief Operating Officer of ARTA Travel.  He is a past member of the Plano West Rotary Club, Richardson and Plano Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Past President of the American Heart Association, and graduate of Leadership Plano Class 29. He and his wife have a 28-year-old daughter Lauren and a 26-year-old son Grant.
