Plano's very own Gary Hirsch of Hirsch's Meat Market will lead the tasting accompanied by our elite, local panel of wine, chocolate, and ice cream experts!
Join us as we sample 7 different types of Hirsch's bacon, 4 different flavors of ML Dubay's Toffee Treats, and a bacon inspired ice cream created by Henry Gentry of Henry's Homemade Ice Cream, all paired wtih wines selected by Angel's Beverage.
