Who:               At AseraCare, we treat each of our patient’s end-of-life journeys with respect, kindness, compassion, and support. AseraCare invites you, your family, friends and the Plano community to “A Butterfly to Remember,” a national AseraCare Memorial Event in honor of loved ones who have passed away in the past year.  
 
When:             Friday, June 27, 2014 at 9:30 a.m.
 
Where:           Meet at the lake next to the Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy located at 7121 Bishop Road, Plano, Texas 75024 (The lake is just east of the Marriott hotel. It is called Bishop Lake.)
What: 

• AseraCare invites family, friends and all members of the Plano community to cherish and remember their loved ones with its hospice memorial event, “A Butterfly to Remember.”
• Attendees will include: AseraCare President, Angie Hollis-Sells, who will speak at the event and Plano Mayor Pro-Tem Lissa Smith.
• “This annual event offers AseraCare the chance to honor patients and their families with respect and dignity. From our AseraCare family to yours, we invite you to celebrate the gift of life through our ‘A Butterfly to Remember’ memorial event,” said Angie Hollis-Sells, President of AseraCare. “This event is a special time to remember those individuals AseraCare has cared for and celebrate their lives and most importantly – support their families.”
• Did you know? There are more than 20,000 species of butterflies in the world. While butterflies represent different meanings throughout the world, these magnificent creatures universally signify change and life.
• AseraCare services offered are:  RN available 24/7, palliative care, hospice aides, social worker, spiritual guidance, bereavement counseling, volunteers, respite, inpatient and continuous care.
• Headquartered in Plano, Texas, AseraCare has more than 1,400 employees company-wide who are participating in this nationwide event.
• AseraCare’s 59 hospice agencies will participate in the national event by organizing and hosting local “A Butterfly to Remember” events with butterfly, bubbles or balloon releases, from June 13 to June 27 from coast to coast.
