Our opening speaker is Byron Sanders, President & CEO of Big Thought. 

Next, Erika S. Fadel, Assistant Dean for DEI at the Southern Methodist University (SMU) Dedman School of Law will lead a discussion on advancing DEI in higher education and how this influences labor market outcomes. 

Then, Beth Gerwe, North Texas marketplace inclusion leader of Deloitte, will present on the topic of Inclusive Leadership in and out of the workplace. 

The event will conclude with a fireside chat featuring keynote speakers, Harry LaRosiliere, Former Mayor of Plano & SVP Wealth Management at UBS and Chris Reynolds, Executive Vice President & Chief Administration Officer, Corporate Resources for Toyota Motor North America.
