About Us

Real Options is a 501c3 Christian organization that has served Collin County since 1986. This organization provides pregnancy testing, STI screening, ultrasounds, peer and professional counseling, sexual risk avoidance education and abortion recovery groups. All of Real Options services are completely free of charge. The mission of Real Options is to empower women, men and students to make physical, emotional and spiritual choices that affirm life and health. Our goal is to serve anyone in our community who are in need our our services.
