DESCRIPTION:Join with us in serving and informing our community through a day of free health services\, information and education designed to improve our neighbors physical\, mental\, economic and spiritual wellness.\n\n\n\nWe're looking for contributors who can address these areas of need in our community:\n\n  Physical health awareness (diabetes\, cardiac disease\, obesity\, hypertension\, asthma\, etc.)\n\n  Mental/behavioral health services\n\n  Challenges with access to healthcare(access and resources\, service availability\, \n\naffordability\, etc.)\n\n  Economic opportunities (education\, training\, and employment)\n\n  Information regarding healthy nutrition\n\n  Services\n\no   Mammograms\n\no   Vision testing\n\no   Dental screening\n\no   Blood pressure checks\n\no   Immunizations\n\n\n\nSome of our overall objectives that we would like you to help us to achieve would be:\n\n  To increase health awareness and disease prevention for neighbors by providing health screenings\, educational information\, and related activities.\n\n  Increase awareness of local\, state\, and national health services and resources\n\n  Motivate participants to make positive health & wellness behavioral changes
