It is super simple.\n\n \n\n After you check in at registration\, take a seat at your table.\n\n \n\n You will see a number in front of your place setting.\n\n \n\n When it is time\, the Director will make the announcement - move to the table number that coordinates with the one you have in front of you (Ex. If you have a number "4"\, got to table "4" next and sit at another number).\n\n \n\n Once everyone sits at your new table\, a volunteer at the table will be the time keeper.
