The Education Forum offers free Living for Zachary heart screenings (youth ages 12-22*)\, FREE health tests to determine your personal health numbers\, FREE medical advice from a board of nationally-recognized physicians\, Booths hosted by world-renowned medical manufacturers and wellness companies\, CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) awareness demonstrations\, Heart healthy cooking presentation and tasting\, and FREE food and drinks.\n\nLiving for Zachary Youth Heart Screenings include an echocardiogram\, electrocardiogram\, and blood pressure check. To register for this screening\, call 855.530.0010. Spaces are limited. Medicaid recipients not eligible.\n\nLiving for Zachary was founded in honor of Zachary Schrah\, who was only 16 years old when he collapsed during a high school football practice in Plano on April 2\, 2009. There was no warning. There were no signs.
