DESCRIPTION:Proposed changes to the City of Plano liquid waste ordinance will affect restaurants. Restaurants will need to obtain a grease trap permit\, and the grease trap will be regularly inspected by the city. With the proposed 25% rule\, existing grease traps may need to be pumped more frequently than every 90 days.
