DESCRIPTION:Experience the sights\, sounds and tastes of the world at the Plano International Festival\, from 11 am to 5 pm on Saturday\, October 5\, in downtown Plano's Haggard Park. Enjoy ethnic cuisine\, multicultural music and dance performances\, cultural displays\, a green Village\, Family Health and Wellness Fair\, Children's global village\, a naturalization ceremony and more. At the Children's Global Village\, Health and Wellness\, visitors will be able to get important health information and participate in fun games and activities where they can learn about healthy lifestyle choices. Kids can play soccer\, stack cups\, and go through an obstacle course. They'll also learn about fitness\, healthy eating and pedestrian safety. As kids move through the stations\, they'll get their festival passport stamped. Admission and parking are free.
