Jamee Jolly Resigns as President/ CEO
 
PLANO, TX – May 21, 2019 –  The Plano Chamber of Commerce announced today that Jamee Jolly, President/ CEO, will resign her position. Jamee joined the Plano Chamber of Commerce as President and CEO in September 2010. Under Jamee’s leadership, the Plano Chamber received 5-Star Accreditation from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in 2015 and Chamber of the Year honors in 2018.
 
“Jamee Jolly has been a superb leader who guided the Plano Chamber of Commerce on a path to excellence. The entire board thanks her for her many contributions and wishes her well,” said LaMonte Thomas, chair of the Plano Chamber’s board, and president of Cigna's North Texas and Oklahoma markets.

Jamee earned her CAE (Certified Association Executive), IOM (Institute for Organization Management) and CCE (Certified Chamber Executive) in 2018 and is a member of the American Society of Association Executives, Plano Rotary Club, and board member of the Texas Association of Business and Texas Chamber of Commerce Executives. She is a Leadership Plano Class 30 Graduate, City of Plano Government Academy Graduate, and named Collin County 40 Under 40 by the Collin County Business Press.

The Plano Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee will meet to discuss the process to appoint a new President/ CEO. As information becomes available, it will be shared on the Chamber’s website at www.planochamber.org.
